The running of any restaurant in Padstow requires a massive team effort, fortunately here at Rojano's our team is like - literally in some cases- family.
Paul Dodd
A talented chef, Paul worked under Marcus Wareing at Pétrus, then moved to Cornwall in 2010 to manage Rojano's in the Square.

Daniel Jones
Head chef Daniel Jones has been in charge of the kitchen at Rojano's for the past seven years and is responsible for creating many of the dishes on the current menu.
Brian Sherry
Beverage manager Brian joined us in 2010. Before that he mixed cocktails at U2's Dublin hotel, The Clarence.
Jenny Jones
Jenny has delivered all our pizzas in and around Padstow for the last 16 years. She's also Mum to our head chef Daniel!
Danielle Powell
Having lived and worked in Padstow all of her life, Danielle joined Rojano's as a waitress in 2009 before progressing to assistant manager.
Emma Ainsworth
With years of experience in customer service, Paul's wife Emma is in charge of human resources at Rojano's and Paul Ainsworth at Number 6.
Matt Kipling
Promoted to restaurant supervisor in August 2011, Matt has been at Rojano's since March 2011. Before that he worked at The Seafood Restaurant as a waiter for two years.
